🇩🇪 Must-Try German Food in Stuttgart — Ochs'n Willi

This is a traditional German restaurant with classic decor and authentic dishes. Every time I visit, no matter when, it's always packed – especially in colder months when they even set up a cozy wooden hut outside the main dining area. If you don’t book ahead, expect to wait in line! 🏮👥 My must-order dishes here are: 🍖 German Pork Knuckle (Schweinshaxe) 🍖 Sweet and Sour Glazed Pork Ribs Both are absolutely delicious! The pork knuckle is fried perfectly – crispy on the outside, tender inside. The ribs are tangy and sweet, not greasy at all. Personally, I’m totally obsessed with the ribs! 😋 Portions here are HUGE – seriously hearty stuff! 🍽️💪 The pork knuckle alone can easily serve two people. I’d recommend one main dish for two people, or two mains for three, paired with a fresh salad.
