📍 Carls Brauhaus So good I went two days in a row – and still dream about it after leaving Stuttgart! 😍 🍖 German Pork Knuckle (Schweinshaxe) – A MUST try! The skin is incredibly crispy and flavourful 😋. Served with coleslaw to balance the richness. Don’t leave Germany without trying this! 🥗 Grilled Chicken Salad – Fresh and satisfying. 🍖 Roasted Pork (not sure which cut) – Served in two thick slices with soft potato dumplings. Perfect for those who want to try pork knuckle but prefer a smaller portion. 🥗 Salad Bowl – Loaded with grilled mushrooms, bacon, and crunchy croutons. Huge portion and super tasty! (If you’re… uh… struggling after too much pork 🐖💩, this salad will help 😂) 🌭 Sausage Platter – A mix of German sausages with cheese and bread. A classic appetizer – definitely worth ordering. 🍰 Strawberry Cake – Delicious, not too sweet! Perfect little dessert. (They also have Black Forest cake, but it was sold out when I went 😢) 🍺 Drinks: When in doubt, ask the staff for recommendations! I tried the “Lady Beer” – pink and cute-looking but surprisingly bitter 😅. Drink responsibly, folks! 🇩🇪 The menu also includes German-style pizza and noodles – sadly I didn’t have time to try everything. Every dish we ordered was fantastic 👍.
