I visited the Little Mermaid statue 🧜♀️. It’s true what they say about high prices in the Nordics, but honestly, I don’t think it’s that much more expensive than Vienna. The scenery here is stunning 🌉, and I was pleasantly surprised by the weather when I landed—it was way nicer than Poland, no bitter chill at all! Part of it is definitely the weather, but I also noticed people here dress more stylishly and colorfully 🌈, whereas Poland still carries a subtle post-war gloom in the air. Wander around Nyhavn in the afternoon—grab an ice cream 🍦 and watch boats glide by. The sunset over the harbor turns the sky cotton-candy pink 🌇, and street musicians play soft jazz that blends with the clink of glasses from waterfront cafés. Even a short walk feels like a cozy hug from the city.
