๐ฉ๐ฐ Copenhagen | Every Bread Lover's Paradise!
Especially for flaky pastry enthusiasts ! ๐ฅโจ Copenhagen is one of the few cities that gets me out of bed for breakfast daily . It's hard to believe every bakery here nails pastries so perfectlyโI want to haul stacks back to Shanghai ! ๐งณ๐ ๐ท๏ธ Hart Bageri: ๐๐๐๐๐ A must-visit bakery in CPHโlook for the ๐๏ธ logo. The best among ex-NOMA bakeries , in my opinion. ๐ธ Go early for full selections. ๐ธ Must-order : *Cardamom Croissant*โperfect layers, balanced spice-sweetness. Everything else slaps too . ๐ธ I once rushed pre-flight to grab 5 for plane meals โ*worth it*! โ๏ธ๐ฅ ๐ท๏ธ Andersen Bakery: ๐๐๐๐๐ Japanese-inspired , with less sugar (great for reduced-sugar folks!). ๐ธ Almond croissant & mushroom cream pastry = *elite*. ๐ธ Conveniently near Hart โtwo-in-one bakery run ! ๐โโ๏ธ๐จ ๐ท๏ธ Juno the Bakery: ๐๐๐๐ Another NOMA spin-off , but a bit far from downtown. ๐ธ Saw an old lady buy 20 sourdoughs โ*mind blown*. ๐คฏ ๐ธ Cardamom bun & almond croissant = *worth the trip*. ๐ธ Sourdough? Meh โprobably bulk-bought for restaurants. ๐ท๏ธ Lille Bakery: ๐๐๐ Yet another NOMA alum (NOMA = Copenhagenโs pastry boot camp , yet serves no bread?!). ๐ธ Located in NOMAโs industrial compound โ*always packed*. ๐ธ Post-NOMA meal? Sold out . Tried their onion-spiced sourdough โ*too intense* for me. Maybe next time! ๐ท๏ธ Baka: ๐๐๐ First visit: Grabbed a pistachio croissant (decent). Next day: Realized itโs a super-hip spot โ*long queues at 4 PM*. ๐ธ Croissant = *okay*. Pistachio filling = *fragrant but skimpy*. ๐ธ Skip if the lineโs long . #GlobalFoodie #CopenhagenEats #PastryParadise #BreadHeaven #FoodCritic
