🇩🇰 Copenhagen | Every Bread Lover's Paradise!
Especially for flaky pastry enthusiasts ! 🥐✨ Copenhagen is one of the few cities that gets me out of bed for breakfast daily . It's hard to believe every bakery here nails pastries so perfectly—I want to haul stacks back to Shanghai ! 🧳💖 🏷️ Hart Bageri: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A must-visit bakery in CPH—look for the 🖐️ logo. The best among ex-NOMA bakeries , in my opinion. 🔸 Go early for full selections. 🔸 Must-order : *Cardamom Croissant*—perfect layers, balanced spice-sweetness. Everything else slaps too . 🔸 I once rushed pre-flight to grab 5 for plane meals —*worth it*! ✈️🔥 🏷️ Andersen Bakery: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Japanese-inspired , with less sugar (great for reduced-sugar folks!). 🔸 Almond croissant & mushroom cream pastry = *elite*. 🔸 Conveniently near Hart —two-in-one bakery run ! 🏃♀️💨 🏷️ Juno the Bakery: 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Another NOMA spin-off , but a bit far from downtown. 🔸 Saw an old lady buy 20 sourdoughs —*mind blown*. 🤯 🔸 Cardamom bun & almond croissant = *worth the trip*. 🔸 Sourdough? Meh —probably bulk-bought for restaurants. 🏷️ Lille Bakery: 🌟🌟🌟 Yet another NOMA alum (NOMA = Copenhagen’s pastry boot camp , yet serves no bread?!). 🔸 Located in NOMA’s industrial compound —*always packed*. 🔸 Post-NOMA meal? Sold out . Tried their onion-spiced sourdough —*too intense* for me. Maybe next time! 🏷️ Baka: 🌟🌟🌟 First visit: Grabbed a pistachio croissant (decent). Next day: Realized it’s a super-hip spot —*long queues at 4 PM*. 🔸 Croissant = *okay*. Pistachio filling = *fragrant but skimpy*. 🔸 Skip if the line’s long . #GlobalFoodie #CopenhagenEats #PastryParadise #BreadHeaven #FoodCritic
