🇩🇰 Who says Copenhagen isn’t fun?!

After traveling through several Nordic countries, I can confidently say Copenhagen is my absolute FAVORITE city! 🏙️ It’s modern, vibrant, and perfect whether you’re into scenic parks and seaside views 🏞️, museum-hopping and architecture 🏛️, or just wandering around aimlessly and chilling 😎. I spent 3 full days exploring Copenhagen, and here are my top must-visit spots (ranked in order!): 1️⃣ Nyhavn 🌈 Yes, it’s touristy—but the colorful houses are totally worth it! Strolling along the harbor all the way to the Royal Library is pure bliss. 2️⃣ Grundtvig’s Church & Superkilen Park ⛪🛹 Pair these two together! The church is a must-see—when sunlight falls on its minimalist architecture, you’ll understand divine beauty. Superkilen is okay, but you can take some really cool photos there. 3️⃣ Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek 🖼️ A smaller art museum but filled with masterpieces—think Van Gogh, Gauguin, and Degas. The garden courtyard and sculpture exhibits are stunning! 4️⃣ Louisiana Museum of Modern Art 🎨 A seaside museum about 40 minutes by train from the city. Absolutely worth it on a sunny day! 5️⃣ Kastrup Søbad 🏊‍♂️ A public bathing pier near the airport. Perfect for sunset views from the structure or the grassy area. You can even dive or swim here in summer! 6️⃣ Designmuseum Danmark 🪑 Their current exhibition explores the relationship between humans and the future. The chair collection is especially fascinating! 7️⃣ SMK – National Gallery of Denmark 🖌️ Huge collection with a well-planned layout—classic paintings, modern installations, and works by famous artists. Allow at least 2 hours. 8️⃣ Frederiksberg Gardens & Cisternerne 🏰🔦 Frederiksberg is actually a Swedish enclave—so cool! The palace views from the garden are lovely. Cisternerne is an underground former reservoir turned immersive exhibition space with sound and light installations. Super unique! 9️⃣ The Little Mermaid 🧜♀️Well… you’re already here.
