🇪🇸 First Meal in Madrid at Vinitus: A Hit!

Vinitus Gran Viá Madrid was the first place I dined at after getting off the plane. It was the perfect reward for my hungry tummy after more than ten hours of starving! The food was surprisingly delicious! 🍽️ 1️⃣ Foie Gras Steak 🍖 with a side of bread—just think about this combination! The rich, melt-in-your-mouth foie gras paired with juicy, tender beef was pure bliss! 2️⃣ Grilled Squid and Shrimp 🦐 Skewers—The giant shrimp were perfectly cooked, soft and sweet. They were so delicious that I couldn't stop eating them! 3️⃣ Honey 🍯 and Silver Cod—What a magical pairing! With a touch of sauce, it was simply yummy! 4️⃣ Grilled Red Lobster—Sweet, fresh, and tender, I couldn't stop at just one. Seeing people at the next table using knives and forks 🍴 to peel the lobster shells, I was genuinely shocked. It made me wonder how they'd handle peeling tiny river shrimp with cutlery. Haha 😃😃 5️⃣ Traditional Spanish Seafood Paella—Remember, the rice should be slightly overcooked and not too salty. With large chunks of octopus 🐙 and fish 🐟, the perfectly cooked rice absorbed all the delicious broth.
