🇪🇸 Granada | Beyond the Alhambra

Andalusia's trio of cities became the crown jewel of my Spain-Italy trip! Though one day per city couldn't do them justice, Granada stole my heart with its Moorish magic and epic vistas. Here's how we did it: 🚌 Itinerary Snapshot 8:00-11:00: Seville → Granada (ALSA bus) 11:00-13:30: Albaicín District Start at Granada Cathedral → Mirador San Nicolás/Cristóbal for king-of-the-world views 👑 → Lunch (but skip the "food street"—meh 😬). 14:30-18:00: Alhambra Marathon Alcazaba Fortress → Carlos V Palace → Generalife Gardens → Grand finale: Nasrid Palaces at 17:00 (timed entry!). 19:30-22:30: Granada → Seville 💡 Brutally Honest Tips 1️⃣ Stay in Seville: We lodged near Santa Justa Station—no dragging luggage + better hotels than Granada's. 2️⃣ Transport Card Chaos: Andalusia's green cards were sold out everywhere in Granada (easy to get in Seville though!). 3️⃣ Alhambra Tickets = WAR: Book 50+ days early!
