Our Aussie beef-supplier friend (who’s tried every top Spanish steakhouse) called this his absolute favorite.💕 And wow—nothing like Australia. 🍷 The Experience The owner bleeds passion for his epic wine list (including rare 100-point Bordeaux & Burgundy). We took his two red recs—zero regrets. Steak selection? They guide you to the open kitchen grill, where every cut on the menu is displayed raw (priced by weight). 🥩 The Feast Beef tartare (aged 1-year Rubia) = god-tier. Aberdeen Angus (Argentina) vs. dry-aged Rubia Gallega—both stellar, but the Rubia’s aroma alone won. Paired with the owner’s wine picks? Perfection. Bonus: Their flan (creamy, slightly runny) was a must-order surprise. With great food, better friends, and endless laughs, our Spanish foodie squad is officially on the roll.
