🇪🇸 Madrid | Tuna Noodles and Squid Ink Risotto – Both Irresistible!
My last meal in Madrid was at Toga, and it definitely did not disappoint! Two women ordered three dishes and a glass of wine, and the average cost was 31 euros💰. The restaurant is open from 13:00 to 17:00 in the afternoon, with a cozy and upscale atmosphere. The service was amazing – the staff were so friendly and even told me not to order more because I wouldn't be able to finish it! No wonder it has a 4.7 rating! 🌟 Tuna Mayo Noodles are the most popular dish here. The noodles are similar to Chinese flat noodles, cooked just right with a bit of chew. The raw tuna and thinly sliced onions perfectly balance the richness of the mayo. It's perfect for sharing between two people! 🍜 Squid Ink Risotto – I've had squid ink rice twice in Spain, but I loved this version the most! It's neither undercooked nor mushy, with just the right amount of squid ink stickiness. The addition of Parmesan cheese gives it a salty and savory flavor. 🍒 Grilled Iberian Pork – This dish comes with plenty of slices. The pork is slightly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, served on a bed of bell peppers and onions. It's just so delicious! I highly recommend pairing it with a glass of wine. 🍖 The restaurant doesn't have Sangria, but the drink I ordered tasted very similar – fruity, fizzy, and with a low alcohol content. I was thinking of holding back on posting today, but I couldn't resist sharing this memorable flavor. 😭 #MadridLife #UnbelievablyDelicious #FeedThePhoneFirst
