📍 Vinitus Gran Via Restaurant 🐙🎃 Octopus and Pumpkin Puree Tapas The octopus is large and tender with a nice chewiness, while the pumpkin puree is sweet and adds a unique texture. 🎃 🦢🥩🥪 Foie Gras Steak Sandwich ⚠️ If you order one, you'll only get one sandwich, so if you're two people, you'll need to order two! This is one of my favorites because I love both foie gras and steak. The foie gras melts in your mouth and is incredibly tender, bursting with juices. The steak is also juicy, probably cooked to a perfect medium-rare. Paired with the garlic bread at the bottom, it's simply amazing! You have to try it! 😍 🐷🥪 Pig Ear Sandwich This was a delightful surprise! The pig ears are crispy with a slightly sticky membrane that adds a lot of flavor. The bread is also fantastic—crispy and fragrant. I really love garlic bread, and theirs is exceptionally good! 👍 🦐 Grilled Shrimp Skewers (my own name) The shrimp are large and very fresh, with a bouncy texture. I absolutely loved them! 🍤 🫛🍄🟫 Asparagus and Mushroom Vegetable Platter A bit oily, but the roasted texture is just right. It pairs well with the tapas and adds some vitamins to your meal. 🥦 🍹 Sparkling Sangria We ordered the sparkling sangria, which was a bit sweet and had very few bubbles. It was quite ordinary. 🥤 🍮 Torrija Quemada de Sta. Teresa This is a traditional Spanish dessert, a caramelized roasted bread pudding. The outer layer is slightly crispy and very fragrant, while the inside is soft and moist like a pudding, with a mix of dairy and caramel flavors. Highly recommended as a dessert! 🥧 Overall, I absolutely loved the food here. Almost every dish was a hit! I remember trying something similar in Barcelona, and it was just as delicious.
