🇫🇷 Parisian French Cuisine | Transported to South of France
🫒 A French classmate highly recommended this restaurant, and I decided to give it a try when I passed by it while shopping in the Marais district on the weekend 🤠. The restaurant is conveniently located at the street corner and easy to find, with mostly locals dining there. This is a very traditional Provencal family-style French restaurant. The entire decor is quite unique. The outdoor tables and chairs are covered with green and white checkered patterns, exuding a strong South of France vibe. The interior is warmly lit with a cozy atmosphere.💡 The appetizers, including fried small fish, avocado and crayfish tartare, and baked goat cheese, all feature South of France specialties!😍 For the main course, we ordered green sauce mussels and rosemary duck breast. The mussels were average but fresh. The duck breast had crispy skin and tender meat, not too salty. A little sprinkle of black pepper and salt brings out the original flavor of the duck meat. The special sauce is a perfect match! The side dish of small potatoes fried in duck fat, enhanced with rosemary, is even better than the meat!✨ The chocolate mousse for dessert is a must-try! 🍫 The waiter will serve you a generous scoop. It's incredibly satisfying to have a bite after the meal.😌 🦪 Chez Janou #MyStomachMissesThis #WhereToGo #Documenting #EuropeanTravel #ParisianFood #ParisianWanderGuide
