Haven’t seen anyone talk about this place yet! If you’re tired of the usual spots like Poulet Bleu—this one’s for you ❀ More authentic, less “Instagrammable,” and truly family-style French cooking. The owner is super chill—only takes reservations by phone! 📞 We were the only young couple there—mostly older regulars enjoying a cozy night out. 🐌 Grilled Escargot Buttery, garlicky, and delicious! Perfect with crispy baguette slices đŸ„– đŸ„– Chicken Liver PĂątĂ© So smooth and rich—not too salty, better than Poulet Bleu’s version imo! ✹ Scallops and Asparagus Perfectly seared, sweet, and fresh—each scallop was huge! White wine butter sauce = dip-your-bread heaven 😍 A bit pricey (around $40+) but worth the treat. đŸ„© Beef Bourguignon + Mashed Potato Tender beef, deeply flavorful—cooked with brandy (I looked it up after 😂) The veggies (onions & celery) soaked up all the richness—so good! Mashed potatoes had just the right texture—not overly purĂ©ed. Great portion and fairly priced! đŸ· BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) They don’t serve alcohol, but you can bring your own wine ($10 corkage fee). We didn’t bring any, but two kind grandpas at the next table shared theirs with us—and it was delicious! đŸ„‚ The vibe inside and outside is charming, rustic, and intimate—perfect for a date!
