Reliable but not revolutionary. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🦞 Lobster Linguine (MUST-ORDER!) The crown jewel! 🏆 Superior to all other versions in town (yes, including Selfridges'). The pasta has been masterfully tweaked – richer sauce, more generous lobster chunks, and al dente perfection. Birmingham's undisputed champion! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🐚 Seared Scallops Served shell-free over silky potato purée and wilted spinach.
