Shockingly light on sugar – even better than most high-end bakeries in China! The tea fragrance in the custard is chef’s kiss 👌 – absolute must-order! 🔆 Raspberry Matcha Croissant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Adorably decorated with a raspberry on top! Filled with half raspberry jam, half matcha cream – no weird artificial taste, just smooth, mildly sweet matcha. Raspberry jam is the star – tangy & sweet, cutting through the richness. Minus 1 star: Could use a bit more bitter matcha depth, but great for those who hate bitterness! 🔆 Crème Brûlée Croissant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The sweetest option here (but still nowhere near typical UK desserts). Two textures inside: silky custard on top, egg-tart-like filling at the bottom. Caramelized sugar crust could be slightly more burnt for extra depth, but still delicious! 🔆 Classic Butter Croissant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Flawless lamination – crispy, buttery, melts in your mouth.
