🇬🇧 Must-Visit Roof Restaurant in London for Summer: Sicilian Lemon
This is one of my favorite restaurants in London, a regular haunt of mine. 🍽️ Right now, the daytime sunlight is fantastic. Head to the fifth floor of Selfridges (remember, it’s the restaurant’s exclusive staircase on the left side of the perfume area at the main entrance. There’s a lovely lady standing by the elevator entrance downstairs). Once you’re up there, the roof feels like you’ve been transported to Sicily in Italy 🍋🍋. It’s like being on vacation! 🏖️ They also have a bar where you can just enjoy drinks— the cocktails are super delicious! 🍸 The lighting at night is absolutely stunning, creating a very romantic vibe. 💫 Most importantly, in such a visually stunning restaurant, I’ve never had a bad meal. Everything is delicious and the portions are quite small, making it perfect for ordering a variety of dishes to taste a little bit of everything. The burrata and burrata pizza are amazing. The pizza crust is thin and crispy, the sliders are delicious, the oysters can be a bit fishy (but that’s expected), and the roasted artichokes are great (good for the liver in spring). The two cocktails I tried, the passion fruit and coconut ones, were both excellent. The value for money is really high here! 💰 📍 Alto by San Carlo #LondonItalianCuisine #LondonRoofRestaurant #SelfridgeEats #LondonInstagrammableRestaurant #LondonSicilianCuisine #LondonDateNight #LondonDateRestaurant
