🇬🇧 When people ask me what’s fun to do in Glasgow, I always struggle
Yes, every time someone asks me "What's there to do in Glasgow?" – I pause. I hesitate. 🫢 Honestly, it’s not a typical tourist city. It doesn’t have the fame of Edinburgh next door 🏰, neither objectively nor subjectively. But just like how the sunset sometimes blesses this city with golden light 🌇✨, a part of my life has also been touched—more or less—by its glow. Glasgow’s climate is cold, but thankfully dry ❄️🌤️. It’s not nearly as unbearable as people imagine. In fact, I find it more comfortable than winters in the humid south! The University of Glasgow is very close to where I live 🎓🏡, and on every sunny day along the way, I find myself captivated again and again by the beautiful views 🍃❤️. It’s not about grand attractions or famous landmarks. It’s in the quiet streets, the sudden sun after rain, the way light falls on old stones… that Glasgow quietly steals your heart. So maybe Glasgow isn’t about “what to do” – it’s about how it makes you feel: warm, surprised, and slowly loved. 🥰📸 #UK #Glasgow #Travel#Glasgow #Scotland #HiddenBeauty #TravelNotTourist #UKLife #UniversityOfGlasgow
