π―π΅ Osaka's Shinsaibashi: A Must-Visit Sushi Spot for Repeat TripsβΌοΈ
A 4.8-starred Google-rated sushi restaurant hidden in a small alley next to Shinsaibashi, just a five-minute walk away. Run by an elderly couple, the freshness of the ingredients is really impressive, with ππ¦π¦ͺ fresh tuna, horse mackerel, and scallops. For sashimi, we ordered the medium fatty tuna and salmon, both rich in fat and melting in the mouth. For sushi, my absolute favorite is the lightly grilled salmon π£, which is fragrant and fresh. The large shrimp π¦ are super satisfying to eat! The other fish are also plump and sweet, and overall, none of the varieties we ordered disappointed, except for the crab roe, which was a bit fishy. If you're indecisive, you can also order the chef's recommended sushi platter to taste a variety of flavors. The restaurant is new, so on weekdays in the evening π, there's no need to queue; just walk in. The grandparents are also super enthusiastic about chatting with us. π The menu comes in Chinese, English, and Japanese, so language won't be a problem for you guys. π° For two people, it was 12,000 yen, and we got to try all the ingredients we wanted, with great quality and super satisfying. If you're near Shinsaibashi, definitely give it a try~ #Shinsaibashi #OsakaRestaurantHunting #Osaka #OsakaFoodie #SalmonSashimi #Salmon #SalmonFreedom #Sushi #MustEatList #Japan #JapanTravel #JapaneseTourism #OsakaTourism #ShinsaibashiFoodie #OsakaLife #Tuna #Sashimi #JapaneseCuisine #JapaneseRestaurantHunting #OsakaShinsaibashi
