A thick, sweet scallop topped with a generous piece of sea urchin β incredibly fresh and rich in flavor. An absolute must-order! ππ π Chu Toro The medium-fatty tuna belly was perfectly marbled β so flavorful and satisfying without being overly heavy. So good, I forgot to take a photo before devouring it! ππΈ π Nodokuro (Blackthroat Seaperch) Iβve seen this fish in food videos for so long β finally tried it in the U.S.! Though it's a white fish, itβs lightly seared to release its natural oils. So fragrant and tender! π₯π π Ordering Guide & Tips Start with the Omakase, but donβt stop there!
