🇰🇷 New Korean Spot in Las Vegas from the Bay Area❗️
Among Korean restaurants in Las Vegas, if you’re craving Korean braised beef ribs and seolleongtang, you have to try this new spot!! 🔸 Daeho Kalbijjim is a must-visit! Known for generous portions, great value, and authentic flavors 🤩 Every time I come with my girlfriends, we leave totally stuffed! 🏠 Daeho Kalbijjim 📍 2580 S Decatur Blvd Ste 5, Las Vegas, NV 89102 🔸 Korean Braised Beef Ribs (Kalbijjim): Honestly, this rivals Sun Nong Dan in LA!! Huge portion, super satisfying 🔥 Served sizzling in a hot stone pot, topped with a thick layer of melted cheese 🧀 The ribs are big, tender, and soak up the rich Korean-style sauce perfectly. After torching, the cheese melts into the ribs — so fragrant and addictive! You can also add rice cakes and noodles. Absolutely mind-blowing! 🔸 Korean Ox Bone Soup (Seolleongtang): The best seolleongtang I’ve tried so far 💯 The broth is rich, milky-white, and packed with beef flavor 🐂 Served with slippery glass noodles — so nourishing and warm! Great for balancing out too much cold food lately. Add chili if you like it spicy, and try mixing rice into the broth halfway through — incredible! 🔸 Stone Pot Bibimbap: Perfect for lunch or takeout! Comes in veggie, seafood, or beef options. Mix it all up with Korean spicy gochujang for that authentic taste! The rice is soft and fragrant, and the seaweed flakes on top are a highlight — I’m obsessed! A satisfying, crave-worthy bowl 🍚 ✅ Also try their Hangover Steak Soup — so comforting and warming! ✅ You can add extra ingredients to both soups and the braised ribs. ✅ Their variety of banchan (side dishes) is also delicious. 👉 Come with a group so you can try more dishes — you’ll go through a lot of rice here hahaha... 👉 Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ #LasVegas #VegasEats #KoreanFood #FoodieDiary #RestaurantReview #MustTryInVegas
