This place—The Shed—is absolutely worth the wait! Located near Santa Fe Plaza, it’s a must-visit spot that I had to return to even after three years. 🕒 Hours: Lunch: 11 AM – 2:30 PM | Dinner: Starts at 5 PM Bar and waitlist open at 4 PM—this place is seriously popular! 📞 Reservations: You can call to book, but they only answer during business hours. I called a week ahead for a Saturday dinner but was told they were fully booked. They suggested arriving around 3:40 PM to get on the waitlist at 4 PM. 👥 Waitlist Experience: We got there at 3:45 PM and there was already a line! At 4 PM, they took our name, phone number, seating preference (indoor/outdoor), and desired dining time. Since we just wanted to eat ASAP, we didn’t care where we sat. We got a slot for 5 PM! By 4:50 PM, some people were being told the earliest availability was 8:30 or 9 PM. We were seated right after opening! 🍽️ Dining Experience: We sat at the exact same table as three years ago—what a coincidence! The food is still top-tier 😋. The enchiladas are a must-order—so flavorful! We also tried the house margarita 🍸—it’s on the tart side, but you can ask for a sweeter version if you prefer. 💵 Prices: Most entrees range from $15–20. A few are a bit pricier, but still totally worth it. ❤️ My all-time favorite Mexican restaurant in the U.S.! I rarely wait in long lines, but The Shed is an exception.
