🇳🇴 Must-Visit Attractions in Oslo 🤩

Visiting Norway? The Oslo City Hall is an absolute must-see! 🏛️ 📍 It's incredibly easy to find, right by the Oslo harbor. The bustling docks are just beside it, where you can enjoy the sea breeze and watch ships coming and going. It’s so relaxing! Plus, there are plenty of other attractions nearby, like the Nobel Peace Center and the National Theatre. You can easily visit them all in one go. 🚢 🏛️ The exterior of the City Hall is a classic brick-red building. It was completed in 1950 to celebrate Oslo's 900th anniversary, and it took a full 50 years to finish. Every detail exudes the unique artistic charm of Nordic architecture. 🖼️ 🎨 Here comes the highlight! Inside, the City Hall is like a palace of art! There are murals covering two entire floors! From Norse mythology to Viking history, each mural feels like a large-scale cultural storybook. The colors are so vibrant they seem to have their own filter, and every detail is vivid and full of content. 🎨 🌟 On the second floor, there are many rooms in different styles: there’s a Munch exhibition hall where you might get to see Munch’s "Life" paintings in person; and there are rooms filled with gorgeous furniture. Some rooms can even be booked for wedding ceremonies! We happened to catch a wedding ending when we were there—it was so romantic! Also, the first-floor hall is the Nobel Peace Prize award hall. Just thinking about it while you’re there makes the moment even more magical! 🌟 🌳 Around the City Hall, there are many sculptures, and the flower beds are planted in the shape of swans, symbolizing peace and tranquility. In short, both the inside and outside of the City Hall are worth exploring. If you’re in Oslo, it’s definitely worth spending some time here to truly soak it all in. 🌳 🆓 The City Hall is **free** to visit, but remember to check the opening hours on the official website in advance.
