I never plan to visit Wellington, but it always surprises me with new adventures! 🌿 Must-Do Activities 1️⃣ Hiking Trails Nearby "Stairway to Heaven" and other scenic tracks offer stunning views. 🥾 2️⃣ Lighthouse Road Trip 🚗💨 Drive 2+ hours to Castle Point & Cape Palliser—my favorite lighthouses in NZ/AU! The coastal scenery is unreal. 🌊 3️⃣ The Pinnacles ⛰️ A surreal rock formation covered in marine fossils at the trailhead. Ancient vibes! 4️⃣ City Gems 🏛️ Old Bank Arcade (thanks, Jay Chou!), Parliament "Beehive", the iconic Cable Car, and Cuba Street. Stroll the waterfront for famous statues! 🚶♂️ 5️⃣ Sunday Market + Te Papa 🎪 Hit the harbor market (yummy eats!) before exploring Te Papa Museum. 6️⃣ Ferry to Picton 🐬 Spot dolphins on a sunny day!
