🇷🇴 Brașov, Romania | Food Guide 🍽️ Our tour guide recommended three restaurants 🍴 in the area: Sergiana La ceaun Ograda All are located near the town square, and we tried the first and third, both serving traditional Romanian dishes. The meat dishes are particularly well-prepared. For the adventurous, you can order "mountain oyster." A bread bowl filled with soup, quite a novelty. Pork knuckle with sauerkraut Sauerkraut/Stuffed sour grape leaves with meat (a very authentic Mediterranean dish). A specialty dessert: papanasi (donuts + jam + cream). For the rest, just follow your intuition; you can't go wrong with anything you order. ☕ Coffee: A chain of coffee shops called 5 to go is ubiquitous, offering cheap and tasty coffee. The straws are made of sugar and are edible. 🥐 Bakeries, ice cream shops 🍦, and even bubble tea and egg waffle shops are common on the streets. 🍕 Luca: Every time we passed by, there was a long queue. They sell bakery items and pizza. #Romania #BrasovFood #RomanianCuisine
