π The grilled lamb chops with fried potato chips at this place are simply amazing!! I never expected to have the best lamb chops I've ever tasted in Romania! I'm serious! I would definitely revisit Bucharest just to eat this again!! π₯ The lamb chops are cooked to perfection, with the exterior slightly charred into a crunchy texture, especially near the bone. The meat is not dry at all; it's incredibly juicy, as if it had been sous-vided before being grilled to a crisp. The tanginess is used just right, not overpowering but enhancing the dish without taking over. The satisfaction from the lamb and its fat perfectly balances the sourness, so it's satisfying without feeling greasy even after two chops. π₯ Their fried potatoes are also incredibly delicious!! They're crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, cut like chips with a thin, irregular layer of starch in the middle. The cooking is spot on! You must order the original flavor, freshly fried and sprinkled with salt , it's the best! Adding cheese is a bit too much. π½οΈ We also ordered Hummus and stuffed bell peppers, which weren't as impressive as the lamb chops and potatoes, but they were definitely tasty! Because the food was so good, we went back the next day for brunch, but they didn't have lamb chops.
