๐ท๐ด Romania's Best Kept Secret - The Most Delicious Foreign BBQ
You've been to Romania three times and have been truly amazed by their grilled meats. It's hard to describe, but they are incredibly fragrant! ๐ The first time you visited Bucharest for work, a local friend took you to eat, and you thought it was because you were too hungry. The second time, you found the same aroma, and even on your way to the airport, you had to have another meal. The third time, you brought a picky friend, and he was also captivated by the fragrance, confirming it wasn't just your imagination. ๐ As someone who has tasted food from over 30 countries, you can't remember any BBQ that's more fragrant than Romania's grilled sausages. They outshine Texas BBQ, Turkish Kebab, Mexican Barbacoa, Argentinian steak, and so much more. Mititei - This is the most traditional Romanian sausage, probably made from chopped pork, and in some places, it's called Mici. Almost every restaurant in Bucharest that serves traditional Romanian cuisine has it. Grilled Chicken - They eat grilled chicken with garlic sauce!!! Other Grills - They also have grilled pork liver, chicken skewers, meatballs, and more, all of which are worth trying. Another strong recommendation is a restaurant in Brasov called Ceasuโ Rau. One night, you went out for food, and you could smell the barbecue fragrance from 1 kilometer away. You literally followed your nose to this place. The staff had probably never seen Chinese people before and were gesturing around us. Later, when chatting with Romanian friends, they said this restaurant is quite famous but known only to locals. Romania is a very affordable country, and with an EU residence card, you don't need a visa (but you do need to pass customs). You can have a feast of fish and meat for just a few euros. If you're tired of the monotonous cities in Western Europe, spend a few days in Romania to experience it. #Romania #Europe #EuropeanTravel #TreasureRestaurantShare #GlobalFoodTribe #Food #BBQ #EasternEurope #OffTheBeatenPathTravel
