🇷🇺 Exploring Moscow | Global Top 100 Restaurant: White Rabbit
🏆When it comes to the most famous restaurant in Moscow, White Rabbit takes the lead. It's worth mentioning that White Rabbit is ranked 23rd among the world's top 100 restaurants, which is the highest achievement ever for Russian cuisine. 🏢The restaurant spans three floors, with its biggest feature being the panoramic glass dome, which is incredibly beautiful! Here, you can enjoy a 360-degree view of the Kremlin's red walls, the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, the Moscow River and its banks, the Ukraine Hotel, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building. The interior is decorated with rabbit motifs, and many areas are rich in design. Michelin-star service is exceptional! Waiters clear the table after each course, and the menu comes in Chinese, English, and Russian versions, making it very foreigner-friendly. How to Make a Reservation: ❗️Reservations are a must; you can't dine without one. ⚠️Window seats are popular and have a minimum spend requirement for foreigners (200,000 rubles), while other seats do not. Official Website: White Rabbit Moscow Phone: +7 (495) 510-510-1 It's recommended to reserve by phone since the restaurant will call to confirm regardless, making phone reservations more efficient. Dishes: Pre-meal Bread: (Complimentary) Exceptionally delicious, with a crispy texture and outstanding butter. Apricot with Sour Cream: (Complimentary) An unusual combination, but the sweetness of the apricot overpowers the sour cream, making it quite good. Berry Ice Cream: (Complimentary) Too sour, couldn't finish it. Spinach, Peach, Avocado, Shrimp Salad: Fresh fruits combined with spinach and prawns make for a refreshing dish. Morel and Hen-of-the-woods Risotto: The mushrooms are tasty, but the dish can be a bit rich with sour cream, best enjoyed in moderation. Baked Potato with Sturgeon Caviar: A whole potato baked with sour cream, cucumber, and caviar. The taste is good but didn't finish it. Filet Mignon with Foie Gras: A must-order! The filet mignon with black truffle, beetroot, and foie gras is incredibly delicious. Cherry Honey Cake with Sour Cream Ice Cream: It happened to be a friend's birthday, and the restaurant even provided a complimentary small cake (a regular butter cake, don't expect too much from the taste). The waiters also sang a birthday song, adding a nice touch of ceremony. Operating Hours: 12:00-24:00 Price: 💰Average cost per person is over 5,000 rubles.
