While there are already guides online about taking public transport from Moscow to the Armed Forces Cathedral, here’s a simplified version: 🚆 Simplified Route: Take the Moscow Metro to Slavyansky Bulvar or Belarusky Station (both on the same train line — Slavyansky is cheaper). Buy a train ticket to Golitsyno Station (Голицыно). After getting off, cross the footbridge (head toward the south exit of the tracks). Once out, look for a Dixy (Дикси) supermarket — Bus 75 stops right in front. On the bus, you can’t pay with cash ❌. Use Google Translate to ask a local: “Can you help me pay for the bus? I’ll give you cash.” One card can pay for multiple people — just tap multiple times. 🔄 The bus route is one-way — you won’t get on/off at the same stop After visiting the cathedral, walk around the outside toward the statue — Bus 75 stops right behind the statue up the stairs. 💥 And ignore anyone who says “It’s too far, not worth it.” GO.
