🇷🇺 Moscow’s Beautiful Meal Series | My TOP 1 Restaurant 🍽️

Russia’s dining scene offers high standards and great value for money, so we made sure to try a beautiful meal every day in Moscow. After visiting five or six places, this one stood out as the absolute TOP 1 restaurant worth experiencing. 🔸 **2022 Michelin One Star⭐**, and ranked number one as the best restaurant in Moscow in 2024. The clientele includes many well-heeled patrons and stylish ladies💃🏻. 🔹 **Conveniently located** on the first floor of the Metropol Hotel, right next to Red Square. 🔸 **No reservation needed**, you can walk in around 2:00 PM. 🔹 **Ambiance**: The restaurant has excellent natural lighting, bright and spacious. The tables are well-spaced, allowing for a quiet and peaceful dining experience. The waitstaff are attentive yet respectful of your space, and they provide detailed information when taking orders. This place had the best service attitude throughout our entire trip. Although the menu describes the cuisine as modern Russian, I personally found it more akin to French style. 👍🏻 **Recommended Dishes**: 🍞 **Pre-Dinner Bread**: Three different types of bread served with two types of cheese. The red one, which has a pickled flavor, is exceptionally delicious. 🥗 **Crab Salad**: Refreshing flavors and beautifully plated, highly recommended. 🍖 **Grill Lamb Loin**: This main course is a must-try‼️ It was so delicious that we were still savoring it on our way back home. The menu lists the price for 100g, but the minimum order is 400g. Order it medium-rare for the perfect combination of crispy exterior and tender interior, with just the right seasoning. ☕️ **“Cappuccino” Tiramisu**: A very innovative dessert, served in a coffee cup with a cream layer resembling cappuccino foam on top. Beneath it is the tiramisu, perfectly balanced and not too sweet.
