So aromatic! 2️⃣ Mao Xue Wang (Blood & Tripe Hot Pot) – Huge portion! The tripe was super tender. First time seeing this much tripe in a dish in Europe πŸ‘πŸŒΆοΈ 3️⃣ Belt Noodles with Chili Oil – The portion was so big we almost mistook it for another Mao Xue Wang πŸ˜‚πŸœ. Authentic flavor – even approved by my Xi’an-born boyfriend! 4️⃣ Three-Pepper Fried Chicken – Crispy, deep-fried chicken πŸ—βœ¨ – so crunchy and well-seasoned!
