🇸🇬 Singapore | Adventure Cove Waterpark Sentosa 🌞

Day 3 in Sentosa calls for some water fun as we dive into summer early! 💦💦💦 🈺 Operating Hours: 10:00-17:00 🎫 Admission Tickets: More expensive if bought on-site, adults at 34 SGD, children aged 4-12 at 27 SGD, and children under 4 enter for free 🆓 (It's recommended to compare prices on various platforms before booking. We got a family ticket for two adults and one child for 498 SGD on the Dolphin platform). ⚠️ Here are some practical tips, and the most important is sun protection!!! 1️⃣ Sun Protection: Long sleeves and long pants are the best for physical sun protection. Apply a thick layer of sunscreen on any exposed skin and carry a spray for touch-ups. You can't bring hats, glasses, phones, or anything else on many rides. 2️⃣ Water Shoes: Essential for the numerous attractions where you'll need to go barefoot but can wear water shoes to avoid a painful, hot surface. 3️⃣ Waterproof Phone Case: A must for capturing memories at the water park. It might be cheaper to buy online before you come. 4️⃣ Towels: Bring your own as the park does not provide them, and there are only cold water showers. If you're staying on the island, you can easily change into dry clothes and return to your hotel for a proper shower. 5️⃣ Lockers: Available for unlimited access within a day, small lockers at 10 SGD and large ones at 20 SGD. ⚠️ Avoid lockers at the entrance; instead, use those opposite the wave pool. The fun areas are concentrated here (see the pink area in the second image for the fun zone and the pink star for locker locations). 6️⃣ Riptide Rocket: Head straight to this ride upon entering the park. It's the best in the park, surpassing many water park slides in terms of thrill and safety. It feels weightless several times during the ride. (A plus is that you sit in a raft and wait for the conveyor belt to take you up the hill, no dragging rafts up stairs!) You can buy express passes that include one ride, but if you enter around 10 AM, there's hardly any queue. Our kid loved it so much we went on it five times! 7️⃣ Dueling Racer: A slide where you ride a mat down a slope, offering a small thrill. Other slides feel similar to those in other water worlds, and you have to carry your own raft up the stairs, which is a hassle. Instead, head to Rainbow Reef, where you can snorkel in a giant bathtub with many fish, and standard snorkeling gear is provided. If you're concerned about cleanliness, bring your own. 8️⃣ Adventure River: Similar to a lazy river, with an entrance right across from the snorkeling pool. Grab an empty raft and lie back, hats and sunglasses are fine here. The waterway loops around half the park, passing by an underwater tunnel and a stingray pool, perfect for photos. After a tiring day, lying back for a loop takes about half an hour. Younger kids can enjoy the treehouse and wave pool with no height restrictions (waves are generated about every 10 minutes). We entered the park at around 10 AM, and it was quite empty, allowing us to play for about 3 and a half hours. #TravelTips #SingaporeTravel #AdventureCoveWaterpark #HolidayIdeas #SingaporeFamilyFun #SingaporeTravelGuide #Sentosa #SingaporeVisaFree #FamilyTravelIdeas
