It's said that you can get in for free; for Capitol Spring's Sky Garden, free tickets require a reservation two weeks in advance. If you can't get a reservation, you can spend ten Singapore dollars on a drink at the rooftop 1-Arden bar and get a Sky Garden ticket, also available on Klook.
