🇺🇸|Golden Steer – One of the Best Steakhouses in Vegas! 🥩
Whenever you search for food in Vegas, the results are always Chinese, Korean, or Thai cuisine. Then I discovered this steakhouse that opened in 1958! Seeing that Frank Sinatra had been here, I knew I had to try it. 🕺 (Make a reservation if you can! The restaurant opens at 4:30 PM. If you arrive by 5 PM, be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes. Small groups can sit at the bar, but larger groups might have a longer wait.) 🥗 Famous Caesar Salad – The portion is huge! Honestly, you could get full just from this. It’s a classic, authentic American-style salad with a generous amount of cheese, made fresh right in front of you. 🥩 24 oz Bone-In Ribeye – This thing was bigger than both my hands combined! 🖐️🖐️ Definitely the most authentic ribeye I’ve ever had. Cooked medium, the meat was incredibly tender, with the edges perfectly charred. Though it’s a ribeye, it wasn’t too fatty. The marbling was just right, melting into a buttery richness within the lean meat. 🍲 Sautéed Mushrooms – Simple but delicious! Juicy and not too salty—a great side. The restaurant’s ambiance is full of character—it truly feels like stepping into a 1960s American dining scene, just like in Mad Men. 📀 Given its history, many celebrities have dined here, like Sinatra, Nat King Cole, and Muhammad Ali. When we sat down, "My Way" started playing in the background—such a nostalgic moment! 🎶 The waitstaff are professional and courteous. We were too full for drinks, but I’m sure their cocktails are great too! In summary: The ribeye or filet mignon + Caesar salad are must-orders! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Have you been to Golden Steer?
