🏠 Blue Bottle 23401 Civic Center Way Suite 2A, Malibu, CA Is it just me, or has Blue Bottle been a bit inconsistent lately? 😅 Hadn’t had it in a while, but the Malibu location surprised me—their Nola felt like an upgraded, richer version! So smooth and aromatic~ Also ordered an Affogato because… who can resist ice cream on a sunny day? 👀🍦 Since I hadn’t eaten much in the morning, the staff recommended their waffle. 🧇 The display sample looked like a basic pre-made thing, and no one ahead of me ordered it… but turns out—it’s made fresh to order! Came out warm with a thin caramelized layer—crispy, not too sweet, just perfect! 😋 While happily munching away, I realized… why not dip it into my affogato? And oh yes, it worked magically. 💫 Later, I saw a blogger’s post showing a Wafflegato combo on the menu at another Blue Bottle.
