🇺🇸 #25 Ranked Bar in North America｜Herbs and Rye 🥃

So excited to finally visit Herbs and Rye, which ranked #25 on North America's top bars list in 2024! (It dropped a bit for 2025, but still amazing! 😆) Location: Las Vegas, USA 🇺🇸 The best part? Their incredible Happy Hour with 50% off steaks and mussels! 🥩 The food is absolutely delicious—seriously mouthwatering! 😋 This spot is famous for its classic cocktails 🍸, and their menu is beautifully designed. I got super lucky with my seat—right at the bar with a perfect view! 💕 I watched bartender Bill craft drinks right in front of me. So cool! ✨ Drink 1: Ramos Gin Fizz Bill shook this one like a pro—completely by hand! He used Fever-Tree soda, and guess what? It didn’t even need extra chilling. The texture was incredibly smooth and frothy. So much better than any I’ve tried before! 👍 ✨ Drink 2: Pisco Sour Okay, honestly, this one was just okay. It wasn’t cold enough, and the egg white flavor was a bit strong, giving it a slightly funky taste. Not my favorite. ✨ Drink 3: Penicillin Yesss, how could I skip my beloved Penicillin? 😍 This version was tasty but a tad sweet. They used Monkey Shoulder whiskey and sprayed Laphroaig 10 Year on top—but only a couple of spritzes! 🙀 I expected a float, but hey, still enjoyable. ✨ Drink 4: Aviation I originally wanted a Last Word, but they were out of green Chartreuse! 😅 So I went with an Aviation instead. Served with crushed ice on top—perfectly chilled with a light, floral aroma. Really refreshing!
