Since it's super close to DC (just a 40-minute bus ride!), I chose Annapolis for a fun day trip. 🥳 📍 Chick & Ruth’s Delly I went for their famous crab cake, but it was a bit too greasy for me—not as amazing as Old Ebbitt Grill's version. However, the onion rings I randomly ordered were CRISPY perfection—golden outside, soft and sweet inside! The vibe is like a cozy diner, perfect for a chill brunch. ➡️ U.S. Naval Academy The campus is gorgeous! If you're lucky, you might even catch cadets training in their sharp uniforms—so cool. 😌 ➡️ Cantler’s Riverside Inn This place came HIGHLY recommended for blue crabs! Since they serve male crabs (more meat, less roe—perfect for me!), I loved it. $75 for a dozen (12 crabs), but you can order half. Two people can easily share! Pro tip: Add their sweet corn—it’s like candy! 🌽 The only downside? The seasoning was a tad too salty.
