Iâve been wanting to try Hellâs Kitchen for so longâand finally made it happen in Vegas before even trying the Vancouver location! đ 3570 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas We called two days ahead and managed to book a lunch reservation. After checking in, we waited about 10 minutes before being seated. â ď¸ The fixed menu is per person and canât be shared, but itâs totally fine if one person orders the fixed menu while the other orders Ă la carteâwhich is exactly what we did! đ´ Steak Tartare Made with Piedmont beef, Dijon mustard, black truffle caviar, and egg yolk. The presentation was striking! The beef was super fresh, mixed with pickles and mustard, plus the caviar flavorâso addictive! Though I think itâd be even better with a different type of crisp. đ´ Pan-Seared Scallops Served with corn, ham, maitake mushrooms, and citrus butter Chardonnay sauce. The scallops had a lightly crispy sear and went perfectly with the buttery mushroomsâso flavorful! đ đ¸ Notes from Gordon A gin-based drink with green tea, lemongrass, peach, and lemon. As a gin lover, this was an instant pick! All the flavors came together perfectlyâstrong but smooth, and super refreshing. đĽ Beef Wellington The inside was perfectly pink and incredibly tender. The pastry was softer than I expectedâmaybe because it was thin, so it crumbled easily when cut. But as you can see in the pic, it still held its shape well! Honestly, you could try making this at homeâmy partner has made it for me using his own recipe đâbut Gordonâs technique and flavor are unbeatable! đ Braised Short Rib Served with Yukon potato cake, Bloomsdale spinach, crispy onion rings, and beef jus. The meat was fall-apart tenderâso soft you could pull it apart with a fork. Really tasty! đŽ Sticky Toffee Pudding Gordonâs family recipeâabsolutely delicious and a must-order! Itâs very sweet (classic American style), so itâs best paired with a drink or coffee. The meal came to around $230 before tipâwe left totally satisfied! The menu also features dry-aged NY strip, ribeye, and famous lamb chopsâmaybe next time!
