๐บ๐ธ First Meal in Las Vegas โ Raku ๐ Left Satisfied!!
Called right at 5 PM to book a table โ got a spot and headed over. The space is cozy with limited seating, but they have several private rooms. Almost no misses โ very happy with the meal! Prices also seemed about 20% cheaper than LA? โญ๏ธ Signature Foie Gras Rice โ Absolutely loved it! ๐ Fills the void for us Californians who canโt easily get foie gras. Only $3 more than a skewer โ highly recommend this over skewers. Eating it with veggies and rice makes it less heavy. โญ๏ธ Cold Appetizer: Poached Egg with Uni and Ikura Not a huge fan of raw yam texture, but the seasoning and combo were great overall. โญ๏ธ Yakitori โ Almost all hits, reordered several: Wagyu Beef with Wasabi / Beef Skirt / Pork Cheek / Okra / Mushroom / Scallop But the grilled beef liver was a bit gamey, and the tenderloin was soft but not mind-blowing. โญ๏ธ Oyako Don (Chicken & Egg Rice Bowl) โ The kid loved it, not too salty ๐๐ ๐ฎ Green Tea Crรจme Brรปlรฉe to finish โ so good! On my second visit, also tried: Tofu / Bacon-Wrapped Enoki Mushrooms / Grilled Duck / Fluffy Cheesecake โ all recommended! The shrimp was just okay โ maybe Iโm not a shrimp skin fan. #LasVegas #VegasRestaurants #VegasEats #LasVegasTravel #LVFoodFinds #LifeInNorthAmerica
