šŗšø First Trip to NYC | Lazy Itinerary | 4 Days & 3 Nights (Day 1)
This was our first time in New York, and we visited during the winter āļø. Hereās a relaxed version of our 4-day, 3-night tripāstarting with Day 1! ā Day 1: November 13 1ļøā£ Travel & Arrival Flew from IAH š« and arrived at Newark Airport in the afternoon. Took the train to Manhattan and checked into our hotel. Shoutout to @LemonIceās Travel Diary for the super helpful transportation guide! 2ļøā£ Hotel Stay We stayed at Hyatt Place New York City / Times Square šØ. Perfect locationāwithin a 10-minute walk to Times Square and subway stations. Free breakfast included! š350 W 39th St, New York, NY 10018. 3ļøā£ Dinner Dropped off our luggage around 4-5 PM (it was already dark š). Ate at Square Pizza NYC near the hotel. The pizza š was okayānot amazing, but decent. 4ļøā£ Street Food Experience Tried a classic NYC street hot dog š for $8. Verdict: Big regret! š« Not worth itāCostcoās $1.50 hot dogs are way better. 5ļøā£ Exploring Times Square So many stores aroundāselling food, gifts, clothes, shoes š, and more! Our favorite: the M&Mās Store!
