🇺🇸 Las Vegas|Foie Gras + Steak = Melt-in-Your-Mouth Perfection 💯
Lots of restaurants in Vegas have surprisingly low ratings, but Bouchon on the 10th floor of The Venetian had great reviews—so we booked it! And wow, what a pleasant surprise 😍. Foie Gras comes in two styles: seared foie gras or foie gras terrine with bread. Highly recommend the terrine!! We ordered Steak Frites as our main, and our server (a sweet older gentleman) suggested saving some foie gras terrine to pair with the steak. Chilled, silky foie gras spread over juicy, tender steak? Absolutely divine Also, the portion is HUGE—in Toronto, this could easily be split into 5 servings. I even asked, “Is this whole jar for us?!” Other hits: 🐟 Trout – Crispy skin, tender meat, perfectly cooked. 🦞 Lobster – Lovely lemon aroma, fresh and flavorful. 🐌 Escargots de Bourgogne – Buttery garlic snails with flaky, croissant-like bread—how could it not be good?! ⚠️ Onion soup – AVOID. Not sure how they managed to mess it up… 💰 Around $150 per person, but totally worth it for the quality and experience. Already planning my next visit just for that foie gras + steak combo 🥩✨! #GlobalEats #FoieGras #Steak #LasVegas #Foodie #FrenchCuisine #MeatLovers #UniquePairings
