🇺🇸 Las Vegas|Foie Gras with Steak – Melts in Your Mouth! 💯
Many restaurants in Vegas have surprisingly low ratings, but I noticed 📍Bouchon on the 10th floor of The Venetian had great reviews, so I booked a table to try it – and it was a delightful surprise! 🍽️✨ They offer two types of Foie Gras: one is pan-seared, and the other is foie gras terrine with bread. I strongly recommend the foie gras terrine!! Since we ordered Steak Frites as our main course, our server (a lovely older gentleman) suggested we save some of the terrine to pair with the steak. Cool, smooth foie gras terrine with tender, juicy steak – absolutely divine! 😋 And the portion of terrine was HUGE – in Toronto, they’d probably split it into five servings. When it arrived, I was shocked and asked, "Is this whole jar for us?!" 🫢 We also tried the trout – crispy skin, tender flesh – truly satisfying. The lobster 🦞 with its lovely lemony aroma was also a hit. And the Escargots de Bourgogne – garlic butter snails served with flaky, buttery mini croissants – how could that not be delicious?! 🧈🐌 But skip the onion soup – not sure how they managed to make it like that… 🥲 Price was around $150 per person – we left feeling perfectly content. I’ll definitely be back for more foie gras terrine with steak! 🥩❤️ #GlobalFoodies #FoieGras #SteakLover #LasVegasEats 🌟🍷
