🇺🇸 Las Vegas|Foie Gras with Steak That Melts in Your Mouth 💯

So many restaurants in Vegas have surprisingly low ratings, but I noticed Bouchon—the French restaurant on the 10th floor of The Venetian—had great reviews, so I booked a table to try it out. And wow, what a pleasant surprise! 🥂 They offer two types of foie gras: pan-seared foie gras and foie gras terrine served with bread. I highly recommend the foie gras terrine! 🍞✨ We ordered the Steak Frites as our main course, and our server—a super friendly older gentleman—suggested we save some of the foie gras terrine to pair with the steak. 🥩 Let me tell you: cool, smooth foie gras spread over tender, juicy steak is an absolute flavor explosion! 😋 Plus, the portion of foie gras terrine was huge—honestly, in Toronto, they’d split this into five servings! When it arrived, I was shocked and asked, “Is this whole jar really for us?!” 🫢 We also tried the trout—crispy skin and tender flesh—so satisfying! 🐟 The lobster had a lovely lemon aroma that was just delightful. 🦞 And the Escargots de Bourgogne: buttery, garlicky snails served with flaky, croissant-like bread… I mean, how could that not be delicious?! 🥐🧄 But fair warning: skip the onion soup. I have no idea how they managed to make it like that… 😬 The meal came to about $150 per person, but it was totally worth it—we left feeling happy and full. I’ll definitely be back for that foie gras and steak combo! 🥩❤️ Have you been to Bouchon? What’s your favorite French restaurant in Vegas?
