Many restaurants in Vegas have surprisingly low ratings, but I was intrigued by the highly-rated French spot Bouchon on the 10th floor of The Venetian – and it did not disappoint! 😍 🍽️ Foie Gras Two Ways They offer two styles: seared foie gras and foie gras terrine with bread. I highly recommend the foie gras terrine! Our server, a kind older gentleman, suggested saving some to pair with our steak. And wow – cool, silky foie gras spread over tender, juicy steak = pure magic! ✨ The portion was incredibly generous – in Toronto, this would be split into five servings!
