🌟 Bazaar Meat By José Andrés 🌟 📍 2535 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109 We celebrated my parents' arrival with a dinner at this spot, known as one of America’s best meat houses! My teammate made the reservation, and we indulged in some absolutely thrilling winter dishes. 🥩🎉 🌟 Cotton Candy Foie Gras A fancy cotton candy shell wrapped around rich foie gras, sprinkled with crunchy nuts. The server suggested we eat it in one bite—and wow, it was mind-blowing! 😲🍭 🌟 Sloppy Joe Savory beef meatballs simmered in a sauce made with eight types of visible tomatoes! My mom, who usually avoids meatballs, pointed and said, “These are delicious—I never liked meatballs before!” 😂 My teammate loved the crispy fried baby potatoes even more, saying the rich tomato sauce paired with the potato base was even better than the meatballs. 🥔❤️ 🌟 Brussels Sprout Petals A classic molecular gastronomy treat! Summer-like flavors with frozen lime-dressed sprouts, diced apples, orange peel, and green grapes. It tasted like a Thai salad or a Yunnan specialty—but missing a touch of Southeast Asian sweetness that would’ve made it perfect. 🥗🍃 🌟 Piquillo Peppers A totally new experience for me! “Julian de Tolosa” candied peppers—they look humble, almost deceptively simple, but the sweet-and-sour flavor was dizzyingly good! 🌶️🍯 🌟 Grilled Asparagus Solid and straightforward. We watched the asparagus being cut and cooked right in front of us—true farm-to-table vibes! The brown paste underneath was a black garlic, red pepper, and almond sauce that oddly reminded me of Pu Ning bean paste. 👩🍳🔥 🌟 Beef Tartare You could taste the freshness of the beef in one bite! Fresh steak mixed with a raw egg and generously stirred with yellow mustard, served inside a soft butter-and-sea-salt bun. It strongly reminded me of a Madrid specialty: chicken liver spread on bread. Brave enough to eat it plain? The flavor totally envelops you! 🥩🍞 🌟 Wagyu Beef that feels like a dream. Wagyu is just mesmerizing—the marbling is unreal. The best I’ve ever had in my life. No words—just explosive flavor. It made me question every steak I’ve ever eaten.
