🇺🇸 Las Vegas Mott 32 – A Star-Worthy Dining Experience ⭐🥂

This foodie went to Mott 32 in Vegas two days in a row — it was that good! 😋 Day 1 – Fine Dining Dinner We started with the Salt & Pepper Soft Shell Crab 🦀 – packed with flavor, crispy outside with rich crab roe inside. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Next, the signature Lobster Mapo Tofu 🦞 – loaded with fresh lobster meat, spicy and perfect with rice. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Then, Stir-Fried M6 Wagyu Beef 🐂 – tender, juicy, and deeply savory (M6 never disappoints!). ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We also tried the seasonal Duck Meatball Clay Pot 🦆 – not as crispy as Peking duck, more steamed in texture, with a slight gamey note. My boyfriend loved it, though! ⭐⭐ For dessert, Mango Pomelo Sago Rice Pudding 🍮 – light, refreshing, and not too sweet. They even gifted us a Yuzu Coconut Ice Cream – so delicious I’d order it separately next time! Day 2 – Lunch We sampled the lunch menu: 🍜 Dry-Fried Beef Ho Fun – perfectly wok-tossed and full of smoky flavor. 🍤 Prawn Ball Clay Pot – wrapped in salted egg yolk, crispy outside and juicy inside. 🥟 Sour & Spicy Xiao Long Bao – decent, worth a try if you’re curious. 🥢 Scallop & Spinach Dumpling – beautiful and tasty, a repeat order for sure! The service and ambiance were impeccable — attentive, elegant, and welcoming.
