🇺🇸 Michelin Star in LA 🌟

📍 Orsa & Winston – located in the heart of DTLA Orsa & Winston is led by Michelin-starred chef Josef Centeno, blending Japanese and Italian influences—each dish tells a story of the sea and the seasons. 🍣🍝🌊 First off, the location is a bit intimidating… It’s in DTLA, very close to Skid Row. The restaurant doesn’t have its own parking—you’ll need to street park or use a public parking lot nearby. Luckily, my car windows didn’t get smashed this time. 😅🚗 My impression was just okay because: • The service wasn’t very warm or professional. Each course was presented quickly and unclearly—like they were rushing through it. • Some dishes tasted good, but others were overly sour, and most plates lacked refined presentation. 🍽️👎 The price was around 150 per person, but ended up closer to 200 per person after everything. 💸 What’s your experience with Michelin-starred restaurants—hit or miss? 🍴 Or do you have a favorite fine-dining spot that truly wowed you?
