📍 Reflect Bistro, Traverse City The Great Lakes Four dish features four iconic freshwater fish from the Great Lakes: whitefish, perch, walleye, and smelt! 🎣 My favorite was the whitefish cake – soft, tender, and slightly sticky texture 😋 The fried smelt tasted just like crispy little yellow croakers (a nostalgic Chinese snack vibe!) 🐟✨ The dusted perch and sautéed walleye were also delicious, though I honestly couldn’t tell them apart – both lightly seasoned and flaky! We also ordered the Pappardelle Fruit de Mer – a rich seafood cream pasta with shrimp, lobster, and scallop 🍝🦞🍤 Super indulgent and perfect for refueling after a long day (we were starving!).
