๐ Reflect Bistro, Traverse City The Great Lakes Four dish features four iconic freshwater fish from the Great Lakes: whitefish, perch, walleye, and smelt! ๐ฃ My favorite was the whitefish cake โ soft, tender, and slightly sticky texture ๐ The fried smelt tasted just like crispy little yellow croakers (a nostalgic Chinese snack vibe!) ๐โจ The dusted perch and sautรฉed walleye were also delicious, though I honestly couldnโt tell them apart โ both lightly seasoned and flaky! We also ordered the Pappardelle Fruit de Mer โ a rich seafood cream pasta with shrimp, lobster, and scallop ๐๐ฆ๐ค Super indulgent and perfect for refueling after a long day (we were starving!).
