🇺🇸 Missouri | Branson Travel Guide | OOTD ✨
Over Labor Day, I visited Branson — often called the "Vegas of the Midwest" (you’ll see why 😉). It’s considered a major tourist destination in the heartland, but to me, it felt more like a quirky, surreal adventure into rural America. A little bit magical, a little bit bizarre… and definitely showed me a side of the U.S. I never knew existed! 🤠🌾 I couldn’t find any Branson guides on Xiaohongshu, so as someone who usually just saves other people’s travel guides, I ended up creating my own Google Doc this time! 📂✨ Here’s my personal ranked list of recommendations (not covering everything, but these stood out to me — for more, check YouTube): — 🖤 Shows 🖤 Many people joke that Branson shows are “awful but awesome” in their own way 😄 Must-see: Sight and Sound Theater 😻🙌 Others worth experiencing with an open mind: Showboat Branson Belle (12pm, 4pm, 8pm) 🚢 Dolly Parton's Stampede (3pm, 5:30pm, 8pm) 🤠🎵 Shepherd’s Hill Restaurant (7:30PM) 🍽️ — 🖤 Attractions 🖤 Silver Dollar City (includes Marvel Cave) 🎢🕳️ Top of the Rock Lost Canyon Cave Tour 🏞️ Ancient Ozarks Natural History Museum (& restaurants) 🦖🍴 Table Rock Lake 🚤 Titanic Museum 🚢🧊 Hollywood Wax Museum 🎬🕴️ Massive sculptures along the main strip 🗿 Toy Museum 🧸 Branson Landing 🛍️ Branson Scenic Railway 🚂 — 🖤 Shopping & Food 🖤 Lambert’s Cafe – amazing! 🥧🍗 Sugar Leaf 🍰☕ Osage Restaurant 🌿🦌 Tanger Outlets 🛒 Grand Village Shops 🏘️ Lori’s Soap Market 🧼✨ #Branson #Missouri #OOTD #TravelGuide #WhatToWear #WeekendGetaway #USTravel #MidwestVibes
