๐บ๐ธ Missouri Weekend | Butterfly Palace in Branson ๐ฆ๐
(Continuing from our previous Branson weekend trip!) We had originally booked the Hyatt Vacation Club with its water park, but it was closed during our stay ๐ข. Itโs the only Category 4 Hyatt in Missouri, and even though we used points, it was still a bit of a letdown. Thankfully, Branson is full of fun alternatives! One highlight was The Butterfly Palace & Rainforest Adventure ๐ฆ๐ฟ โ where you can actually feed butterflies! When you enter, they give you a small tube filled with what seems like sugar water (?), and the butterflies will land on it to drink. Youโll feel like a character straight out of Empresses in the Palace ๐๐! The admission is around $30, which is a bit pricey, but your ticket allows re-entry for three days โ . ๐ Located about 4 hours from St. Louis and 30 minutes from Springfield. Nearby, youโll find the beautiful Chapel of the Ozarks โช๐๏ธ inside the Top of the Rock Ozarks complex. You need to take a shuttle to get there, but itโs totally worth it. Afterward, you can enjoy dinner at the Osage Restaurant ๐ฝ๏ธ while watching a stunning Ozark sunset ๐ (they open at 4 PM). Perfect for a romantic evening or a peaceful solo escape ๐. #LifeInTheUS #StLouis #SpringfieldMO #KansasCity #Butterflies #Missouri #StudyAbroadLife #WeekendGetaway #BransonMO
