🇺🇸 My Must-Visit Restaurant Every Las Vegas Trip! ✨

Over the past 20+ years, Las Vegas' dining scene has completely transformed 🍽️✨, and Sparrow + Wolf is a perfect example—it's one of our absolute favorites! 🐺❤️ The interior gives off such a cool vibe—a stylish bar with chic, modern decor. 🍸🛋️ Even though it had been nearly two years since our last visit, their culinary skills haven’t missed a beat. From start to finish, everything was flawless. 🎯 Our server, Felicia, was professional, fun, and incredibly knowledgeable. She seemed to appear exactly when we needed something! 👏🍾 She even suggested pairing the Bahn Cuon with a Junmai Daiginjo Sake—what a brilliant recommendation! 🍶💫 We ordered à la carte (though the tasting menu looked amazing too!), starting with: Isan Sausage 🐖: bite-sized and subtly luxurious. Oxtail Hummus 🧆: usually humdrum, but this was so unique, my wife jokingly threatened divorce if I didn’t save her the last bite! 😂 Beef Tartare 🥩: fresh, flavorful, perfectly seasoned. The Vietnamese Rolls, Broccoli, and Black Pepper Pork were all incredible!! 🌯🥦🐷 One of the founders, John, was charming and full of stories—he shared fun facts about wine and Las Vegas food history. 🍷📖 Coincidentally, we both love the same Barolo region—Cannubi—and John even recommended a film about the area we’d never heard of! 🎞️🇮🇹 Later, John asked if I liked Amaro (an Italian digestif). I said “of course!” (though I knew little about it). He explained its history and poured us a few varieties—all amazing! 🥃💛 We ended with the refreshing Pineapple Sorbet 🍍🍧 and house-made Chocolates 🍫—both out of this world! The food was exceptional, the service exemplary and personalized.
