🇺🇸 Nashville Super Chill 2-Day Trip (Part 1) 🎵
I was so tired of staying in New York 😤 So I randomly picked a date and booked a flight to Nashville! ✈️ Took off from NYC at 9:30 AM, and after a 2.5-hour flight, landed around 11 AM. Hopped in a cab straight to Biscuit Love 🧇 Went to the Hillsboro Village location — no wait at all! Ordered the Princess 🍗 and East Nasty The Princess comes with spicy fried chicken on top of a biscuit. I added a fried egg 🍳. The chicken was so tender, and the sauce was amazing paired with the ultra-crispy biscuit. The East Nasty is also fried chicken + biscuit, but not spicy. Also got the Bonuts — kinda like donuts 🍩 with lemon cream cheese on top and blueberry jam 🫐 at the bottom. Sweet and tangy—super yummy! But there were 5 in one order, which was a bit too much for two people. Got a little rich after a couple. Their Fruit Tea 🍹 was absolutely delicious—and free refills! After eating, we walked to our hotel to check in. This time we stayed at Kimpton Aertson Hotel 🏨 Loved the decor and the room—we got one with a balcony! They even gifted us a bottle of red wine 🍷 and local cookies 🍪 After freshening up, we headed out. First stop: Ole Smoky Distillery "6th & Peabody" 🍺 They offer a tasting menu for $10/$13 per person Includes one beer 🍻 + 7 shots Such a fun experience—great vibe! Wish we could’ve stayed longer, but we had to rush to the museum. Next, we went to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum 💿 Exploring a museum slightly buzzed is… definitely an experience 😉 Dinner was at the famous Martin's Bar-B-Que Joint 🥩🍖 Ordered the Big Brother Sampler Includes Short Rib 🍖, Brisket, and two sides More than enough for two We weren’t huge fans of the brisket, but the short rib was incredibly tasty! Feasted like kings, ate until full, drank until happy 💸 Only $30 per person— New Yorkers shed tears of joy 😭 Just a 5-minute walk after dinner brought us to the liveliest part of Broadway 🎵 Every bar had live music—super energetic, everyone was happy, just enjoying the tunes. Got back to the hotel still wanting more… So we ordered two cocktails 🍸 back to the room and called it a night 💤 #Nashville #NashvilleTravel #TravelDiary
